The item was full silicone as described, very lifelike. The spot on top of the head from the mould could have been cleaned up better, but otherwise it was crafted beautifully. I am using for first aid childbirth scenarios and need to make a sac, an umbilical cord and placenta for it.
I didn't rate customer service because I did not require any. The note in the package was a nice touch.
