6 to 8 inch doll sleeper has snap opening from shoulder to foot for easy in and out. This makes dressing a mini silicone doll so much easier. 10 inch to 12 inch doll sleepers do not have opening down to the feet since they are easier to dress. Snaps will color coordinate with fabric as deemed appropriate.
